Important Notice

Midwestern Shooter’s Supply does not warrant that a person may legally purchase, possess or carry specific items offered in its store according to federal, state or local laws. Before purchasing any firearms, knives, loaded ammunition, or long gun or handgun reloading components (bullets, powder, primers), IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW THE FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS. You must be of legal age to purchase the items listed above and be under no legal disability. A person purchasing such items from Midwestern Shooter’s Supply warrants that he or she is an adult and is under no legal restrictions which would prohibit such person from purchasing, owning, possessing or transferring these items under applicable federal, state or local law. Further, these items cannot be sold to minors, convicted felons, those convicted of a misdemeanor crime or domestic abuse, or those chemically dependent.

Midwestern Shooter’s Supply does not print or offer a catalog. We are a brick and mortar entity, but, on occasion, we will list certain items on gunbroker.com.

Returns

In order to maintain the lowest possible prices, we do not offer a free trial or evaluation period on our products. The item must be returned within 14 days after purchase, with a copy of the register receipt and a description of the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted without the original register receipt.

Note: Firearms, Ammunition and hazardous materials cannot be returned – no exceptions.  We also cannot refund shipping and handling fees or return postage.

Damaged Items

If the customer discovers an item he or she purchased is damaged, the store should be notified immediately, and the merchandise should be returned to the store. All packaging materials must be retained and returned with the damaged merchandise, including inner and outer cartons, labeling, and other applicable packaging accessories for inspection.

Defective Items

Defective items should be returned to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement. This includes game cameras, flashlights, laser sights, trolling motors, illuminated optic, and more.

Notes:

• ALL electronics MUST be returned to the manufacturer – no exceptions.
• ALL warranty claim fishing rods need to go back to manufacturer only.

Payment

Accepted forms of payment are cash, certified check, personal check, money order, debit card, and credit card (VISA, Master Card, Discover, American Express).

Pricing

We will pass on decreases in pricing to our customers whenever possible. Due to foreign currency fluctuations, promotions, manufacturers’ specials, etc., prices may vary. All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Midwestern Shooter’s Supply is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions.

Refunds

Refunds for items purchased via credit or debit card will be credited back to the original card used for the purchase. Depending on the card issuing agency or bank, credits may not appear for several days. No refunds in the form of cash, check, or in-store credit will be processed for credit and debit card purchases.

Shipping

Shipping charges, which include adequate insurance, are based on the actual charges incurred by Midwestern Shooter’s Supply. UPS shipping calculations are based upon current UPS Worldship software.  Residential shipments significantly increase the cost of shipping. Shipments to APO/FPO are via Priority Mail. Midwestern Shooter’s Supply does not ship outside the U.S. Note: Shipping charges are taxable in Wisconsin.

Powder – Lead – Primers – Loaded Ammunition

Midwestern Shooter’s Supply does not ship powder, lead or primers. These items are for in-store pick up only. Loaded ammunition may be shipped via UPS Ground to a valid street address (i.e., no P.O. Boxes).

Gift Certificates

Gift cards are available in any amount over $10.00. We can take payment via phone and mail the gift certificate to you or send it directly to the recipient.

Firearms Transfers

Firearm transfers are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please call the store to confirm that we will accept the firearm(s) you wish to transfer, as we do not accept all firearms and transfers. Our transfer fee is $50 per firearm.
